Violations may result in immediate account termination.
All content on Age of AI — including signals, courses, design elements, code, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Age of AI and its contributors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. Your personal course progress and notes remain your property.
We strive to provide accurate and valuable content, but Age of AI is an educational platform and does not guarantee specific outcomes. Signals and courses represent analysis and opinions at the time of publication and should not be considered professional advice. You are responsible for how you apply the knowledge gained from our platform.
Age of AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Age of AI in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of Age of AI after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Age of AI shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
